Yoni refers to vagina in Sanskrit which means “Sacred Temple” which is looked at in terms of love and respect.
The woman would rest on her back with a cushion under her head so she can have a clear vision of her private area and massager. Also, put a cushion shrouded with towel under her side of the body below the waist and above the thigh.
Also, her legs should be evenly open and knees a bit arched. Before starting the massage, both parties should engage in mutual gradual breathing for relaxation.
Next, massage the clitoris (6-8 k nerve endings) in clockwise and counter-clockwise motions. Furthermore, gently apply some pressure while holding the clitoris between the thumb and index fingers. While the woman may become sexually energized, encourage her to do deep breathing to stay relaxed. Gradually, insert your middle finger into the vagina and massage sideway, up or down in a “come here” gesture until you reach an area just above the vagina called G-spot, known as the ‘sacred spot” in Tantra. Change the speed and pattern of massage including side to side, up and down or in circular motions. In conclusion, gradually remove your hand, thus allowing her to savor the sensual experience.
